\nThese General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all use of this website. By using the services offered by Tiroler Edles and purchasing goods, customers accept all of the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n
PRICES
\nAll prices listed in the online shop include applicable VAT, but exclude shipping costs and any additional services.<\/p>\n\n
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
\nOffers made by Tiroler Edles are subject to change without notice. The minimum order amount is \u20ac30.00 (excluding shipping costs).By clicking on the order button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order by Tiroler Edles will be sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after the ordering process by means of an automated email. For the contract to be concluded, the customer must also provide proof of full payment (for payment options, see \u201cPayment\u201d). If delivery of the ordered products (or parts thereof) is not possible, Tiroler Edles will contact you immediately (by telephone or email) and send you a corrected order confirmation by email.<\/p>\n\n
PAYMENT
\nInvoices (including shipping costs) must be paid in advance (free of charge for the beneficiary) using one of the following payment methods: pre-payment, SOFORT transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.<\/p>\n\n

DELIVERY
\nWe will ship the goods immediately after receipt of payment. Tiroler Edles will ship the goods to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing the order at the customer’s expense. Upon delivery of the goods to the customer or a third party designated by the customer, the risk of loss or damage\/deterioration of the goods is transferred to the customer. Delivery is carried out by our shipping partners GLS Austria or \u00d6sterreichische Post AG. Shipping rates (including 20% VAT): Austria \u20ac6.90 (free shipping for orders over \u20ac70.00) | Germany \u20ac9.90 (free shipping for orders over \u20ac110.00) | Other EU countries, depending on zone: \u20ac14.90, \u20ac17.90 or \u20ac19.90 | Switzerland + Liechtenstein (no prepayment\/bank transfer possible!): \u20ac30.00 | All other countries on request.
\nUntil full payment of the purchase price and all additional fees, the delivered goods remain the sole and unrestricted property of Tiroler Edles.<\/p>\n\n
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
\nIf goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery company and contact us without delay.<\/p>\n\n
CANCELLATION POLICY
\nYou have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tiroler Edles, Seilergasse 13, A-6020 Innsbruck, shop@tiroleredles.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or email).
\nTo meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances you will be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, as applicable.
\nYou must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.<\/p>\n
